You have probably seen these viral TikTok videos of these certified delicious rice cakes. It's #KidsEatRiceMonth, and this recipe is the perfect treat to get all the family involved.
What we used
How we did it
Ten rice crackers. We used the thin ones.
80g Pana salted caramel chocolate (or choose your favourite).
3 tsp of organic coconut oil.
200g of vanilla or greek yoghurt.
One punnet of organic raspberries
One punnet of strawberries. Or swap out your garnish for nuts, goji berries or whatever your heart desires.
Break your chocolate into pieces and add coconut oil. Melt in 30-second increments in the microwave until melted.
Layer up! Spoon and spread your yoghurt out, making a little divot for the raspberries.
Add a few raspberries and smash up, so the chocolate sits evenly.
Add your melted chocolate. As little or as much as you like.
Freeze for 15-20 seconds just until the chocolate has hardened.
Now sit back and watch the entire plate disappear.
We also swapped out the yoghurt for some Mayvers peanut butter , a crowd favourite. Now sit back and watch the entire plate disappear!
