Kids driving you a little Banana's? Well, this Banana Sushi is a fun way to get kids involved in making their own healthy snacks. Simply peel a banana, add your favourite sprinkles and toppings and then cut into bite sized pieces. Get creative!

 

Ingredients Method
  • 1 banana
  • 2 squares dark chocolate
  • 1 tbsp sprinkles! Try Chia seeds, shredded coconut, rice krispies, or hundreds and thousands. 
  1. Peel the bananas and place them on a plate or board.
  2. For a chia seed chocolate combo, melt the chocolate and pour it on top of the bananas. Add the sprinkles or chia seeds on top and place in the fridge until set.
  3. Serve straight away.
