WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

1 1/2 ups of coconut water

5cm piece of cucumber

1 handful of baby spinach

2 cups of fresh or frozen pineapple

Handful of fresh mint leaves

1/2 tsp turmeric

 

OPTIONAL: 1 cup of ice (if using pineapple)

 

METHOD:

Add al ingredients to blender and blitz until smooth. Pour into your favourite glass and enjoy!
