Our brand ambassador Laura Geitz had her hands full with family life, but while on her motherhood journey, she found time to stay active. We teamed up with Laura and Senior Accredited Exercise Physiologist Tehanee Obeyesekere to create a three-part video series of simple prenatal exercises.

When you’re expecting, it’s important to keep moving. Your body moves, stretches and changes in lots of ways during pregnancy. Particularly the lower part of the body (around your pelvis, pubic and back area).

Maintaining your health and wellbeing during your pregnancy can be a key part to reducing pain in these areas, as well as, increasing energy, enhancing a positive body image and aiding in your recovery post-delivery.

To ensure you have the right routine for the right stage in your pregnancy, each exercise has been designed to focus on movements appropriate for each trimester. With only an exercise mat, you'll also have the freedom to work out in the comfort of your own home in under 30 minutes.

A little bit about Senior Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Tehanee Obeyesekere

Tehanee struggled with an undiagnosed injury for 5 years when competing as a national level swimmer. After a long tiresome journey of appointment, after appointment with multiple allied health practitioners, Tehanee finally found one that listened. It was here where she learnt that taking the time to carefully listen was key to finding the right solutions.
