Switching to Queensland Country Health Fund has never been easier!  If you choose to make the switch, your health fund will issue a transfer certificate that will show the levels of cover and length of time you’ve held those covers.  This will help our team understand if there are any partial or full 12 month waiting periods that need to be applied to your policy providing you with continuity of cover for any waits already served on each clinical category.  If you have changed funds in the last 12 months, we will also request a transfer certificate from the other fund/s so we can get an accurate snapshot of the covers held in the 12 month period.
