Based on your partners Date of Birth, they are eligible for an Aged Based Discount. This rate will be retained until they turn 41 if they remain on the same policy. If they previously held an Aged Based Discount, this may be considered upon transferring. This will be confirmed in processing your application/transfer.

If any dependent has a de facto partner they cannot be covered by a family policy and will need to take out their own cover.
