Due to the current severe weather and flooding in Townsville and the surrounding areas we have made the decision to keep the Townsville Dental practice, Queensland Country Dental on Tuesday, 4 February. Our Townsville Retail Centre and Contact Centre will be open and available to assist.

Due to the current severe weather and flooding in Townsville and the surrounding areas for the safety of our staff and Members, we have made the decision to close our Townsville Retail centre as well as our Townsville Dental practice, Queensland Country Dental on Monday, 3 February 2025.
We will reopen when it is safe to do so. WE encourage all our Members to take the appropriate precautions and stay safe.
If you need assistance our Contact Centre will still be available on 1800 813 415 however we will be operating with reduced staff numbers. We apologise that some delays may be experienced.
