Private Health Insurance Tax Statements will be sent directly to the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) later this week.If you're lodging your return online through myTax or using a registered tax agent, your statement should appear in the pre-fill section within a few days. Prefer to access your statement yourself? No problem—you can download it from our Mobile App or Online Member Services portal after 4 July 2025. Please note: The rebate income thresholds have increased effective 1 July 2025.

Prefer to access your statement yourself? No problem—you can download it from our Mobile App or Online Member Services portal after 4 July 2025.

Simpy select ‘Statements’ from the menu, select the person at the top and then select the download arrow beside the relevant year.  This will download to device or PC.

Effective 1 July 2025, the Australian Government is increased the private health insurance rebate income thresholds. If you claim a rebate, you may wish to review the new income thresholds here and contact our friendly team with any updates required to your policy.
